At Jocale, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
However, exchanges/replacements are available only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To request an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
The item must be unused and in original condition.
Customized items and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
